I want my work to spark conversation about our diverse environments and our impact on them. Finding inspiration in my coastal and rural surroundings, I predominantly employ adapted alternative photographic processes that minimise my own photographic footprint in the making of my work.
I gained a distinction in my MA in Photography in 2018, have exhibited at various international shows, fulfilled site-specific commissions, and continue to run alternative photographic workshops.
Harena Now responds to the global sand crisis and the dire consequences it is having not only on eco-systems but human life too. It challenges how we respond to these issues through an abstract aesthetic.
